Prestige SAS: leave to grow, return to build
PRESTIGE SAS is a Senegalese structure operating in the catering and event management sector. Created in 2017, PRESTIGE SAS is a key player in industrial catering with more than 1500 dishes delivered daily. Among its clients are major brands such as Shell or Etlon and soon the leaders in the oil sector namely Modec, BP or Haliburton.
Maimouna Dior Fall is the CEO of PRESTIGE SAS. She has more than 11 years of experience in the restaurant industry in the United States where she has worked at all levels of responsibility in restaurant chains such as “The Cheese-Cake Factory” or Macdonald. She decided to come back to Senegal to set up her structure and share her experience by putting into practice the highest standards of the restaurant business.
Prestige SAS has 35 employees, the majority of whom are women, who hold all positions of responsibility within the structure. The structure is ambitious and seeks to position itself as a leading company in its sector of activity with the objective of ISO 9001 certification in 1 year.
