M. Fabrice NZE-BEKALE

Currently Chief Executive Officer of ACT Afrique Group, Fabrice Nze-Bekale has built an international career in financial services, telecoms and mining, in both the private and public sectors.
Prior to joining ACT Afrique Group, Fabrice managed the Gabonese National Mining Company (SEM) for 6 years.
Previously, he was responsible for the Corporate & Investment Banking activity at Citibank in Gabon before joining Celtel International as Group Corporate Finance Manager where he worked on the financing of the group’s debt on its various entities in Sub-Saharan Africa and restructured it for a total amount of 1 billion dollars.
He also reorganized the capital structure of a dozen subsidiaries for a total of $1.5 billion, including the listing of Celtel Zambia on the Lusaka Stock Exchange.
Fabrice also worked in the Global Telecoms and Media department of Standard Bank Plc in London, where he advised major players in the sector such as MTN Group, Orascom Telecom Holdings and Portugal Telecom in their activities in Africa.
Fabrice holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Engineering from the University of Paris-Dauphine (France) and an MBA from the London Business School (UK).
Fabrice is a Gabonese national.
