M. Moctar FALL

Moctar FALL is the founder and president of Agroseed and Hortisol, fair trade (FT) agricultural companies that provide goods and services to national, regional and international markets. He is an international expert, trainer and consultant on trade, environment and development issues.
Founder and former board member of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) for 12 years, Moctar FALL has contributed significantly to the promotion and development of fair trade in the world and to the implementation of the Sustainable Fair Trade Management System – SFTMS – which is today the reference for the FT standard.
Moctar FALL has been for 16 years a trade negotiator for Senegal, UEMOA and ECOWAS during multilateral trade negotiations of the WTO, UNCTAD and EU-ACP, and a lecturer at the universities of Reims (France) and Dakar for 2 years.
Moctar FALL chairs the board of directors of the Senegalese horticultural cluster association. He is the organizer of the 4th AAHC (All Africa Horticulture Congress) as ISHS (International Society for Horticulture Science), held in Dakar in April 2021.
Moctar FALL is a graduate in business law, specializing in regulation. He also holds an MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM).
Moctar FALL is a Senegalese national.
